Instructions for Purchasing Souvenir Book Ads

You are invited to participate in celebrating the 110th Anniversary of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Delta Chapter, by placing an ad in the souvenir book. This is an epic event and your support and presence, will provide you and your family a lifetime of memories! Proceeds from the Ad sales and all activities will be donated to the Wilberforce University. Proceeds will go towards scholarships, refurbishing existing facilities, operating budgeting, educational equipment.

Ad Formatting Guide

  • We cannot create or design “custom ads”. We need either a “ready to copy” paper version or a “ready to print” electronic version of the ad. 
  • The committee will not print ads that are deemed inappropriate and there will be no refunds.
  • Accepted file formats for the advertisement document (i.e. text and graphics) are MS Word and Adobe PDF. Photos must be sent separately. Please use 14 pt font and send your file with your name as the file name. For multiple pictures, append a numeral to distinguish them. For example: Wayne Watson picture1.jpg, Hendersonville Alumni.pdf.
  • Send your ad materials by email.  
  • Accepted file formats for photos are jpg image files. Recommended image resolution is 300 dpi, minimum. 
  • Please be sure to identify everyone in each photo by name and location in the photo, preferably from left to right. Also, specify what captions you desire for your pictures, if any. 
  • ALL AD MATERIALS DUE BY December 31, 2024
